Booking information
Although we operate a very open campsite, there are a few important booking formalities that our valued guests should note. To ensure a quick and smooth reservation process, we kindly ask you to submit your request exclusively via our online booking system.
Unfortunately, reservations by phone are not possible.
Reservation & Deposit
You can easily check the price and availability of your desired pitch through our booking system and book it at the best price. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is payable directly in the booking system using your debit or credit card.
For special requests, you will receive a provisional reservation along with your offer. In this case, a deposit of 50% of the total price is required after booking confirmation, which must be paid into our account within 10 days.
Cancellation

Arrival and Departure
Our reception is open daily from 08:00 to 17:00.
Arrival is possible daily between 12:00 and 17:00. Please contact us if you plan to arrive later. Departure is by 11:00.
In the case of late arrival or early departure, the booked days will be fully charged. Payment is made upon arrival.
