1. How can I book a pitch?

You can easily calculate the price and check the availability of your desired pitch through our online booking system and book it right away at the best price. For short-notice, same-day bookings in particular, you can book the pitch yourself online until 4:00 pm.

2. How last-minute can a booking be made?

A pitch can be booked online until 4:00 pm for arrivals on the same day. Our reception is staffed until 5:00 pm, after which pitch bookings are no longer possible. An apartment can be booked online for the same day until 1:00 pm. Please feel free to contact us by phone until 5:00 pm for a short-notice arrival.

3. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is possible daily from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 am. If you are arriving after 5:00 pm, please get in touch with us briefly beforehand.

4. What connections are available at the pitch?

All pitches have a 16A power connection and a water connection. The luxury pitches also have a greywater drain. In winter, no water is available at the pitches due to frost.

5. Is there a cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy of our General Terms and Conditions applies.

6. Are dogs allowed?

Yes, dogs are welcome. However, an additional fee applies, and dogs must be kept on a leash at all times throughout the campsite. Dogs are allowed in the apartments on request.

7. Is there a bread roll service?

Yes – fresh bread rolls and breakfast are available daily from 8:00 am at Restaurant Frischluft.

8. What leisure activities are available?

From hiking and cycling to canyoning and cultural highlights – Dornbirn offers a wide range of activities close by. The campsite is the ideal starting point for activities in nature.

9. Is there Wi-Fi at the campsite?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire site.

10. What are the payment options?

Payment is made upon arrival. We accept cash, EC cards, debit cards and common credit cards.

11. Can I camp in winter too?

Yes, we offer pitches with heated sanitary facilities all year round.

12. Do you offer seasonal pitches?

We offer seasonal pitches between October and April. Long-term camping is not possible during the summer months.

13. Are there charging stations for electric vehicles?

Yes, there are two EV charging stations in the public car park in front of the campsite.

14. How far is the nearest supermarket?

A supermarket is located 1.6 km from the campsite and is easily reachable by car, on foot or by bicycle.

15. Can I barbecue at the campsite?

Barbecuing with charcoal or open fire is not allowed. There are no designated barbecue areas on the site. Barbecuing with gas is allowed.

16. What are the apartments equipped with?

All apartments are equipped with a fully fitted kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a double bed and a bunk bed, a dining area and seating on the terrace. Bed linen, towels, tea towels, as well as soap, shampoo and dishwashing liquid are provided.
